Join Tristan for a few minutes of a simple “surrendering to the breath” meditation on a beach in Malibu.
The waves crashing on the shore and then being drawn back to the source are a sweet reminder of our internal rhythm. And it sets the tone and serves as a guide for us to use in our meditation.
You don’t NEED a beautiful environment to meditate, but you can sure enjoy it when it’s available.
If you enjoyed this or if you have your own favorite place that makes meditation super special for you, please feel free to share your experience with us in the comment section below.

Hi, Thanks alot for taking the time of doing this very beautiful meditation on the ocean view with the sound of waves. This was very inspiring for me especially on this grey day with cold temperature of about 53 degrees…and it’s only the beginning for it will be much colder until about March…I will be looking at this meditation again in my YouTube corner. Thank you for all your nice work helping us to be spiritually centered, happy & healthy. Liz (Canada)
Thank you for sharing this most refreshing sea-scape & opportunity to meditate with those waves ….and you. 🙂
I grew up in Cape Town & while we didn’t live at the sea-side itself, it was never far to travel to get to it anytime. Now I live much further inland & yes, I do miss it, so whenever I’m near the oceon, I make sure I get to spend some time near it & enjoy the elements close by. Now that I’ve learned more about it’s connection to our breath & Meditation (& thanks for your succulent choice of words & so much more,) I’ve got another dimension added to my “In-joyment” – Namaste

Wonderful, Marijke! I’m glad you felt inspired. I know I certainly did. It’s funny how outward beauty can be such a reminder of the beauty inside. 🙂
The energy is wonderful just like every breath we take. Simply let it be. You and Sabrina are generous with your gifts. Thank you both.
Thank you so much, Carolyn. It’s nice to feel appreciated! 🙂
