One thing we hear over and over is that people are looking for a simple way to de-stress and calm the mind; a way to stop the looping of worrying that can lead to sleepless nights, and a natural way to increase their Energy and Mental focus.
So here’s a Qigong exercise (great for beginners), called Spinning the Orbit (based on an ancient energy technique called the Micro-Cosmic Orbit), that you can do just about anywhere.
The name sounds fancy but it’s actually pretty simple – and has a profound effect!
Because when you’re locked in your own thoughts, you can’t be present, and you certainly can’t be focused, effective or productive!
… and yet you REALLY can’t relax or sleep well either!
Yet using just this simple movement and your breath, you can pull the brain’s awareness back into its natural state and be more grounded. Get out of the busy mind and get back to that place where your body, your mind and your heart are in perfect alignment.
