Certified Instructor Directory – Required Info

Below, you will find the form that will let you easily send us the information we need to in order to add you to our Certified Instructor page. Please follow that link and you’ll find good examples of the type of information you can provide to us, as well as the type of headshot or photo that works best (we can do a little touching up of the photo for you – making it a circle and such – but you’ll see by the images that are used what type of photo actually works best in the directory.)
