Recently someone shared this short 5 minute video with us – within moments of watching it, any sign of complaints, judgments, boredom, and settling for mediocrity vanished. A feeling of “AWE” took over.

It so eloquently reminded us to always cultivate a response of gratitude… to be grateful for the great gifts that are unique to this day. To live each day as though it is the very first day and the very last day.
We invite you to open your heart and drink in the wisdom being shared. “Let the gratefulness overflow into a blessing all around you, then it will really be a good day”.
(Listening to this would be a wonderful way to quickly enter into a meditative state, perhaps right before your Qigong (moving meditation) practice.

30 Aug 2013Brother David is so right! We tend to wake up every day, to about our day and end our day so many times without even noticing. I tell my friends to “stop and smell the roses”! What an amazing gift God is giving us every day, to enjoy an array of blissful things, nature, and people. And what a fantastic way of talking about it, brother David!
God bless you!

12 Jan 2018Thank youTristan and Sabrina for the 5 Day Energy Training. I took this in the midst of a truly busy schedule. I usually delete all webinar offers because I am bombarded but something made me listen to yours. I believe that you offer a unique method, using the physical door to help us evolve. When you spoke of Martial Arts and Dance – I was in. I spend too much time in the rational, analytical sphere. Your method comes in at a different angle which is refreshing and fun. Plus you are both warm and vibrant .
