This video begins with a type of Movement Medicine for the Joints that we call Martial Yoga. Truly, these movements are like medicine for the joints without any side effects!
They lubricate the joints with synovial fluid…very healing, reduces inflammation, breaks up scar tissue, and increases range of motion.
As Tristan continues to teach his daily practice to recharge the body… he gets a bit silly and shows us his Sexy-Dance-Moves! And brings out the Rock Star inside of all of us. (Hopefully you can hear him speak over Sabrina’s laughter behind the camera! lol)
Then he moves into a few bigger physical movements with dynamic breathing to stir and create quick wakeful energy!
