She teaches Qigong and integrates it with her NeuroCoaching practice because it helps her clients easily tune into their bodies, release stress, gain mental clarity, and improve their sleep and overall health. After working as a corporate lawyer in tech for over 25 years, Nicole stepped away from corporate employment in 2022 when life changes caused her to reevaluate her priorities. Nicole has been a student, practitioner and guide in the personal development world for over 20 years, having studied and worked with Landmark Education and several well known names in the industry including T. Harv Ecker, Debra Poneman and Mindvalley. She has practiced Qigong for over 10 years and is a certified Dream U life coach, YTT-200 certified yoga instructor, functional fitness instructor and a Vail Resorts ski instructor in Lake Tahoe, California. Nicole draws from various disciplines to support people grappling with big life decisions and changes (e.g. divorce, career change or post-layoff pivot, “retirement”or empty nesting). She has helped hundreds of people, through her workshops, retreats and coaching (online and in-person), to smoothly navigate to the other side and thrive. Nicole is a big believer that the second half can be the best half of life and she is committed to helping you make that your reality! (Also located in Reno, Nevada)
