"FAST ACTION" BONUS #1
Whole Body Activator
The Whole-Body Activator is a 20-minute Satori Qigong routine designed to wake up every part of you… body, breath, and energy all at once. Through gentle breathwork, flowing movement, and techniques that open your joints and free what’s been trapped in your tissue, you’ll clear the blocks that keep your life-force from moving freely.
In just twenty minutes, you’ll feel grounded in your body, sense your own Qi beginning to flow, and come away activated… ready to meet your day from a fuller, more alive version of yourself.
"FAST ACTION" BONUS #2
The Higher-Self Experience
One of the most powerful experiences inside this work is what we call the Higher Self Exercise. In it, you’ll journey inward, past the worry and the old stories, to meet the wisest part of you… the one who has always known exactly who you are and what you’re still capable of.
Guided into stillness, you’ll receive her wisdom on your body, your relationships, your purpose, your whole life, then stand and feel that frequency move through you, before anchoring it into who you are today. It’s not a fantasy exercise. It’s a remembering.
"FAST ACTION" BONUS #3
Wisdom of the Pineal Gland
Deep inside your brain sits your inner eye… the pineal gland. In this training, you’ll learn how this small gland works as a transducer, turning the frequency around you into inner knowing.
Whatever you focus on, it tunes into. And when your mind goes still enough, the light comes through as insight… literally, inner sight. You’ll discover why stress closes this door, and exactly how to relax enough to open it again.
SENSEI SCHOOL PROMISE
You do not have to figure leadership out alone.
You’ll have mentorship, coaching, opportunities to practice, feedback, and a community of fellow leaders walking beside you.
MASTER THE WORK.
LIVE THE WORK.
SHARE THE WORK.
