15-Minutes… No-Nonsense!
During my healing process, I started working with Qigong – these ancient moving meditations. At first I found it extremely difficult to learn, it felt awkward and even ‘esoteric’, and I couldn’t find a simple Western friendly version of the practice.
.
However since my initial results were so amazing (and really helping with my rehabilitation) I persisted. I spent numerous years refining my knowledge and understanding of the movements, the breathwork, the flow of energy… cutting out any ‘new age’ nonsense… so I could drill down to the core principles of this powerful art.
.
Over time I developed a no-nonsense 15-minute routine that integrated the best movements into an understandable, Western friendly format! It was fun, fluid, easy-to-follow, and the results were off-the-charts!
.
When my friends, family and students saw what these ancient flowing movements were doing for me, they asked me to film them, so that they could use them at home. It was my greatest joy to do so and I named the practice Satori Qigong: The Flow Form.
Today I am totally confident that The Flow Form is one of the easiest Qigong routines to learn and most effective; in fact ANYONE can learn this simple form and get profound results!
