Qi Flow Class: A gentle, restorative Qigong class designed to heal and restore the body. Slow, flowing movement, relaxed breathing, and focused awareness calm the nervous system, support vitality and emotional well-being, and set the foundation for deep, restorative sleep
Qi Power Class: Designed to wake up your system, clear stagnation, and activate your Life-force so you feel energized, focused, and fully engaged with your day. You’ll leave feeling lighter, stronger, and more confident, with your body energized, your mind clear, and your inner guidance online and ready to lead.
Qi Flow Express Class: This once a month class features a follow-along routine of about 15 minutes… followed by optional conversation and meditation. This Qi Flow Express class is designed to help people looking for a QUICK Qigong session on a day when they don’t have time for a full class.

Satori Sculpt Class: This weekly class is a jam-packed 25-minute session! To combat age-related muscle loss (known as sarcopenia) incorporating weight resistance movements into your routine is highly beneficial. Our gentle approach stimulates muscle growth and Bone Strength (and tightens skin!). Our movements mimic activities you perform in daily life, such as lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying.
Fitness Fusion Class: A dynamic class that unwinds tension, keeps joints youthful, and builds whole-body strength. We blend muscle and tendon conditioning with our signature Qigong Strong™ exercises, plus light kickboxing and salsa-inspired cardio. This fusion refreshes circulation and delivers fresh life-force energy (QI) throughout the body. Light dumbbells and a resistance band are used.
SLEEP GONG: Learn this bedtime energy-work to induce deep, restful and rejuvenating sleep — PLUS Sensei will teach you a powerful process called The River Of Light to help activate incredible insights during slumber!
Victoria’s Bonus Session: This mother’s love bonus gives you ‘personal attention’ group coaching and onboarding to answer all your questions, explain where things are located, what things are, all of the names and the terms, how to access your courses… plus your specific concerns and questions.
