The Story Behind Why We Do What We Do!

After many years studying martial arts and the mind-body-spirit connection, Tristan Truscott earned his Black Belt and went on to build Austin’s largest martial arts academy. But in the year 2000, his career came to a sudden halt when a crippling back injury left him unable to move without intense pain.

Even after five years of suffering and an unsuccessful $90,000 surgery with top specialists, Tristan refused to give up. In 2005 he experienced a breakthrough that helped him reclaim his health and return to teaching.

Through that experience he discovered something profound: when the focus of the mind becomes unified with the energetic operating system of the body, it unlocks one of the most powerful transformational forces available to human beings.

Around that same time, Sabrina Truscott was navigating her own path through performance, working as a television actress and professional dancer while exploring the deeper connection between emotional states, identity, and the nervous system.

Together they devoted their lives to studying the brain-body connection through Qigong, neuroscience, and somatic training. Today, as founders of the Satori Method, Tristan and Sabrina guide people around the world to regulate their nervous system, elevate their energy, and master their capacity to live and lead with clarity, purpose, and power.
