Quiet The Busy Mind

On location in San Diego, Tristan takes a moment to talk about what you can do when you need to make decisions but your mind is too busy.

Sometimes meditation flows and shines brightly like the sun (like in Tristan’s recent beach meditation) but what do you do when it seems cloudy?

If that has ever happened to you, take 4 minutes and watch this video as Tristan shares what you can do to get out of that funk so you can make clear and conscious decisions.

Thank you, Lucy. And I agree that the worlds needs more love. Actually, I think that’s one thing that everyone can agree on. 🙂

Every time we’ve been here it’s been beautiful, Stanley. It’s not just the temperature… it’s the quality and feel of the air. 🙂

I do believe that true answers to our questioning come to us through intuition, especially when we are centered with third eye meditation and a quiet mind. It’s only at that place, that we can feel really peaceful and be inspired. Thank you! for your meditations. Liza

It doesn’t happen very often but when I do feel overwhelmed by thoughts and things that have to be done I do a short tapping (EFT) session and it immediately calms my mind and brings me into the moment. From there I feel I can proceed and focus on one thing at a time and arrange my thoughts and things to do in an orderly fashion. Thank you for all the nuggets of wisdom you freely share.

I agree, Sherry! Tapping is an awesome tool. Thanks for your kind words.

Thank you Sensei for the reminder of Mushin meditation. I mediate and what is missing is the focus point. Engaging this brings a quiet mind, relaxed body (no pains or distractions) and breath is easily felt all throughout the body, every circuit coming alive. Thanks for being so present for us.
